Responsibilities:
  • Degree in Human Resources / Business Administration / Economics or equivalent.
  • Preferably Junior Executives with exposure to payroll or recruitment functions, in a manufacturing environment.
  • Knowledge in employment laws and HR related disputes.
  • Knowledge in using computer/MS Office is a prerequisite and exposure to payroll system would be an added advantage.
  • Customer service centric, good consultancy skills with demonstrated ability to communicate at all levels in the organization.
